We, M/s International TradeWays based in Mumbai India on behalf of the overseas Principals, are in a position to supply 3M N95 Respiratory Masks manufactured by 3M locations may be anywhere from USA, Canada, Europe, Mexico, etc (Non Chinese) as per stocks availability.

The terms and conditions received from our overseas principals as under which is self-explanatory and for your kind perusal and further necessary action and subject to final confirmation and 3M regulations : 

Please note, stated below is the basic modus operandi and is subject to final confirmation and regulations of 3M which please note.

Product Name : 3M N95 Respiratory Face Masks

Make : 3M Brand 

MOQ : 1 to 5 Million pcs each model 

Model : 1860 & 8210, etc as per buyer’s needs. 

Price range : (Price will depend on quantities and final price will be settled by the 3M upon receipt of the official firm LOI+BCL). However we recommend buyers to mention their target prices in the firm LOI for 3M’s reference. 

Origin : Will be confirmed by the seller as per available stocks and final destination mentioned in the LOI. If any specific origin required, the end buyer must mention the same in the LOI.

Packing : 3M Standard Packing 

Payment Terms : 100% Confirmed Irrevocable, Divisible, Non-Transferable or Transferable LC At Sight from a Prime International Bank against copies of shipping documents and SGS Inspection or 100% Escrow.

Proof of Funds : Buyer shares the Proof of Funds either Attorney to Attorney or in form of the BCL with bank seal and co-ordinates or MT 799. 

Inspection : SGS or Equivalent

Destinations : Any International Airports in the world by Air. (Destination must be specified in the LOI)

NOTE 1 : All formal LOI+ICPO+ Non-Transferable LC from buyers to be issued in favor of the our overseas principals. The details of our principals will be provided after satisfactory receipt of the signed NCNDA. 

(NCNDA must be signed by the end buyer and buyer’s coordinators duly signed and sealed and to be attached along with the formal LOI + CIS + BCL to proceed).

NOTE 2 : Although the end seller is a reseller company, Everything will run through 3M, unless buyer is on 3M watch list declared as defaulter. Orders will be filled via spot inventory which will provide the lowest price. LOI should indicate the buyers target price, quantity, destination and all additional relevant details else the LOI will be considered as incomplete and won’t be processed for further action.  

NOTE 3 : If possible, please provide formal LOI + CIS + POF at earliest possible so inventory can be secured and price determined. Usually, the transaction should be complete with 15 – 20 days business working days once financials are approved/finalized barring unforseen circumstances. 

NOTE 4 : Please do the formal LOI accordingly on the end buyer’s company letterhead duly signed with company seal. Also, Please note, the LOI must come from the end buyer and not from any third party or facilitator. If found so, the LOI will be considered null and void. 

The LOI template, the CIS form & NCNDA form shall be shared upon receipt of the official enquiry by the end buyer to our business email id nilesh@itwglobal.co.in
