NOTE 1 : All formal LOI+ICPO+ Non-Transferable LC from buyers to be issued in favor of the private re-seller company. The details of the end seller will be provided after satisfactory receipt of the signed NCNDA.
(NCNDA must be signed by the end buyer and buyer’s coordinators duly signed and sealed and to be attached along with the formal LOI + CIS + BCL to proceed). NCNDA format as attached.
NOTE 2 : Although the end seller is a reseller company, Everything will run through 3M, unless buyer is on 3M watch list declared as defaulter. Orders will be filled via spot inventory which will provide the lowest price. LOI should indicate the buyers target price, quantity, destination and all additional relevant details else the LOI will be considered as incomplete and won’t be processed for further action. Tentative procedures as attached which is self-explanatory and for your kind perusal and subject to final confirmation and 3M regulations.
NOTE 3 : If possible, please provide formal LOI + CIS + POF at earliest possible so inventory can be secured and price determined. Usually, the transaction should be complete with 15 – 20 days business working days once financials are approved/finalized barring unforseen circumstances.
NOTE 4 : LOI template format along with the CIS form as attached which is self-explanatory and for your kind perusal and further necessary action. Hence, please do the formal LOI accordingly on the end buyer’s company letterhead duly signed with company seal. Also, Please note, the LOI must come from the end buyer and not from any third party or facilitator. If found so, the LOI will be considered null and void.
